Meet Tamsen
Raised in Northern Nevada, Tamsen Meierdierck has spent over two decades working in senior living, marketing, family guidance, and community partnerships throughout the region.
Known for her thoughtful, relationship-centered approach, Tamsen works closely with seniors, adult children, healthcare professionals, and local providers to help simplify overwhelming situations, identify realistic solutions, and guide families through important transitions with compassion, preparation, and practical support.
Tamsen understands both the family side and provider side of senior living decisions — helping families better understand options while also helping communities and care providers create smoother, more informed transitions.

Nevada Care Compass offers both complimentary guidance services and optional paid planning support depending on each family’s unique needs.
Nevada Care Compass does not provide Medicaid navigation or low-income housing placement services. Families seeking information about Medicaid, subsidized programs, or additional community assistance resources are encouraged to contact Nevada 211 for guidance and support resources.
